:confused: I weigh 150 and i am 5'8" and i want to get to about 180,190............ I am hearing all kinds of shit to get on but i dont know what is save of what will hert me???????? does anyone know what i shall get on and how much
 
Whey Protein 3 x a day and some Glutamine. Eat lots of food and get tons of rest, that will torque ya good.

Sounds like you're looking for a quick fix, when the truth is that if you don't already have a good, clean diet & training regimen - throw in some AS and all you are going to do is get big & puffy. AS should *supplement* what you are doing, not be a substitute for it.

And ask most anyone - what is the most anabolic thing you can put into your body? MEAT! Its fairly cheap & its even legal!
 
I wouldnt juice at 150, if i did it would be primo/anavar.
 
BINGO you need to train right and eat right and LIVE the lifestyle my friend........of course there a lot of boys that use gear without being solid.....if your one of em then stick around read, learn and use wisely......if you gonna do it do it right.. as with everything in life once you get into it you ain't leaving very easy so DO IT RIGHT AND BE SMART!.......msg me if you need help:)
 
sounds like your waiting for someone to recommend u a cycle, like all your waiting for is someone to say ok and that will be like permission in your mind to start, well chances are on this board your not gonna get that because we all know its about training and diet.

and for whoever said secretagogue 1....please thats a huge waste of money.
