ok, first get a good base from tanning beds or outdoors so you have a solid tan already (have a good tan will make spray taNS look way better) then go to the fantasy tan once every ten days and tan once every ten days
and some like fonz believe in taking supplements for tanning and to prevent in some aging as well

2. 200mg R-ALA or 600mg ALA
3. 1000mg Green Tea(98% Polyphenols 60% Catechins)
4. 1500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine
5. 1g Vit. C and 400IU Vit. E

and get screened once a year for skin cancer..
and dont always tan your face while in the tanning beds (help to fight aging)
