seems lecithin works well..went to vitamin shoppe the other day and bought 6 bottles of this stuff at 1$ a bottle close out..so I have 250 gel caps per bottle and I take 5 a day..loads are larger,thicker and seem to be whiter..don't get me wrong,I'm not over anaylyzing my own jiz,but a guy should know his own stuff...apprently too lecithin is a great natural source of inositol and choline..i have been having great results with inositol at about 12 grams aday..been on anit-depressants for 4 years since my divorce..now I have been off the Ads for 4 weeks and inositol alone has me feeling great..sometimes these ADs have the opposite effect of whats intended..and inositol is natural and seems to correct imbalences with neurotransmitters..esp if you are a heavy caffiene consumer as i am..caffeine destroys inositol in our bodies..which i presume over time can lead to anxities and/or depression..so I take inositol now and seem to have corrected myself..kinda got sidetracted,but i wanted to relate that lecithin is a good source of both inositol and choline(which apprently work sort of synergistically together)and the larger loads are just a good side effect..btw,I got my inositol from vitaspace.com
