Starting my first cut next week, or by May 1st latest.
I am sitting at approx. 20% BF, however it is mainly in my stomach. I have very little fat on my arms, legs, or chest, some on my chest but not a lot. Then my stomach, ,and my back has more fat then anywhere else... :S
Also, I am 16, 5ft 10 and sitting at 180. I would like to cut for summer because i am very active, and want to be in great shape. Second thing, my genetics suck balls, my mom is overweight, but my dad is like me, but a big gut. He has skinny arms, legs, and little fat on his chest, but a lot in his gut. Thats the reason I want to take something because it may help with that. Thats why im stopping my bulk to, im afraid I won’t be able to cut out the fat, and after the summer, I plan on just leaning out, keeping my intake down.
I need some advice on some supplements to take. I know CLA I will be running, I have heard of ephedrine I believe it’s called, stacked with caffeine.
However, I don’t want anything like steroids or whatnot that will cause acne, like no beastdrol. I was looking around and say lipoflame stack? Also Gear? AM/PM Thermo Stack? Need2slim? Those are just from the internet, what about things in store would you recommend, at like a gnc or another supplement place where they have more. Such as Hydroxycut? Any suggestions? I have an great routine set up, and a very good diet, now I’m looking for something to help, I would like to get too 12% BF or under.
