What supplements help with a cut?

Starting my first cut next week, or by May 1st latest.
I am sitting at approx. 20% BF, however it is mainly in my stomach. I have very little fat on my arms, legs, or chest, some on my chest but not a lot. Then my stomach, ,and my back has more fat then anywhere else... :S
Also, I am 16, 5ft 10 and sitting at 180. I would like to cut for summer because i am very active, and want to be in great shape. Second thing, my genetics suck balls, my mom is overweight, but my dad is like me, but a big gut. He has skinny arms, legs, and little fat on his chest, but a lot in his gut. Thats the reason I want to take something because it may help with that. Thats why im stopping my bulk to, im afraid I won’t be able to cut out the fat, and after the summer, I plan on just leaning out, keeping my intake down.
I need some advice on some supplements to take. I know CLA I will be running, I have heard of ephedrine I believe it’s called, stacked with caffeine.
However, I don’t want anything like steroids or whatnot that will cause acne, like no beastdrol. I was looking around and say lipoflame stack? Also Gear? AM/PM Thermo Stack? Need2slim? Those are just from the internet, what about things in store would you recommend, at like a gnc or another supplement place where they have more. Such as Hydroxycut? Any suggestions? I have an great routine set up, and a very good diet, now I’m looking for something to help, I would like to get too 12% BF or under.
 
Just do more cardio in the morning and eat right, you'll see more results from that than any supplement you'll find online. If you feel you really need an edge just start drinking green tea. It'll help focus you in school too

I will start to drink green tea then, does it matter cold or hot? I would assume not, just would like some input. Here is how i will train:

M: Rippetoes + Complexes
Tu: HIIT
W: Rippetoes + Complexes
Th: Rest
F: Rippetoes + Complexes
Sa: HIIT
Su: Rest


I may add in just morning runs on Sat and Sunday on an empty stomach.
How would i preserve as much muscle as possible while cutting? Anything i can use, what should i add into my diet? Any ideas?

The supplements you listed from needto's store are all great, but they will do very little for you if your diet is not sorted out.

Post up your diet for critique in the diet forum. That is where you will see the most improvement in fat loss.

Well my current diet is great. What im cutting out is in the red. Doing 20% Carbs, and 20% fat out little by little. Until i am around 50/20/15 p/c/f. I was curious, if i am 1900 calories maintenance, how many calories do i want to be eating? 1000? :S

Current Diet

Breakfast –
4-6 Whole Eggs (2 egg whites)
5 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (no bread, or just 1 slice)
355mL of 2% Milk (approx. 14oz.) (Water)

2 Hours Later –
Canned Turkey, Tuna, or Chicken (All 5oz.) (2.5oz. of this or less)
In 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (Just the meat, not bread)
1L of 2% Milk (No Milk)

2 Hours Later (Lunch) –
Canned Turkey, Tuna, or Chicken (All 5oz.) (2.5oz. of this or less)
In 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (Just the meat)
Half Cup Broccoli
(Handful of Blueberries)

2 Hours Later (Pre Workout) –
Canned Turkey, Tuna, or Chicken (All 5oz.) (2.5oz. or Less)
In 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (No Bread)
1 Apple
Handful of Blueberries

2 Hours later (After workout) –
1 Apple
2-3 Cups Broccoli
Rice, or Bread (2-4 Cups) (1 Cup of Brown Rice)
Pork, Lamb, Salmon, Beef (Anything meat here) – Around 4-8oz. (3oz. Meat)
355mL Milk (approx. 14oz) (Water)

2 Hours Later –
Milk (Casein ?)

Macros – p / c / f (These all range, but generally)
180g-250g / 180g-240g / 90g-120g
Calories – 2500-3500


Definitely not taking the Ephedrine + Caffeine + Aspirine + Yohimbine + Sarms = Cut to the bone . However, i might try the ECA. But what i was thinking, for something better is Fat Loss Stack by Primordial Performance. It looks good, because i would be taking green tea, and cla. Plus there is the dermatherm. And its not all that bad of a price either. Suggestions?
 
How are you figuring your 1900 cals maintence, and no do not eat 1000 cals. Not saying your wrong on your maintainence that just seems incredibly low. Im at ike 2600 I believe the last time I tried to figure my maintaince.
 
Your diet looks better than I expected for a 16 y/o.

Keep the whole eggs and don't cut any of the other protein. Keep your protein high to help preserve lbm. Cut the starches and replace them with green veggies and fruit. Grapfruit, blueberries, and apples would be my fruit choices. Brocolli, assparagus, green beans, and romaine would be my choice for greens. Don't skimp on the healthy fats either. Raw almonds. natty peanut butter, and olive oil are all good for you.

I'm a fan of the lipoflame/Lipostim3 stack. I would most definitely go with that over ECA. If you want a discount on anything at N2's store or have any other product or diet questions shoot me a PM :)
 
What is wrong with the ECA stack? It rips you to the fucking bone, shit trade the ephedra out for yohimbe and your good to go.
