What supplements can you not go without????

Hey guys and gals if you had to chose between any 3 supplements (only 3) which ones would you take and please rate them by importance to you????:beer:
 
1. Vitamins: Multi-vitamin/Multi-mineral, Vit C, E
2. Protein powder: Blends like V-60 by Labrada for meals on the go, and whey post workout.
3. Metamucil

Extras

Glutamine
Creatine
E/C stack/ Yohimbine
Zinc/Magnesium
L-Tyrosine
 
1. Glutamine
2. Multi Oil ... Flax, EPO, Fish body oil
3. Ester C w/rose hips

And maybe some blue-raspberry Isopure RTD's - they are addicting...and if you freeze them, they taste just like icey's
 
Vitamins are a must
Whey Protein is essential in my book post work out.
Flax Seed Oil for the good fats

oh yea, creatine
MSM
 
1. Protein powder
2. Udo's Perfected Blend (or High-Lignan Flax Seed Oil)
3. ZMA (great zinc supplement and makes me sleep like a log)

I would have put Ephedrine as #1 but I take that more for fun than for actual fat-loss. :)
