well the milder the compound the more likely it will have less cholesterol effects. also it depends on dosages. the best way to help this issue is not abusing steroids, make sure to cycle off as much as possible and also use n2guard support supplements

the sick thing is if more guys actually ran blood work while on and even off steroids they would be very scared at what they find out. the truth is ignorance is bliss. we had bostin loyd on our podcast and he said flat out that he doesn't run blood work cause he would rather not know how fucked up things are. i give him credit for atleast being honest, but the problem is you can't do that long term and then when you get a stroke or find out your cholesterol is 250 then bitch about how bad steroids are.

Generally speaking, testosterone will have the least side effects since it is naturally occurring in high levels in the male body naturally.

I would do a testosterone only cycle with aromasin to keep estrogen in check.

The best thing you can do to lower cholesterol levels is to follow a cholesterol friendly diet - low in saturated fats and refined sugars, and high in omega 3 fatty acids - and to regularly incorporate hard cardio that really gets your heart rate up into your training program.

A good overall cholesterol support supplement certainly won't hurt either. Check out N2guard from n2bm.com. N2guard contains 43 ingredients designed to detox the body and keep cholesterol levels optimal.

I'm currently talking N2gaurd, Ubiqunol Co-Q10, fish oil, and a few other vitamins. I ran test at 400-500 for two years straight, so now I'm on TRT. I also stacked other things with the test once in a while. Since I've dropped my test dose to 200 mgs a week, stopped other steroids, and invested in vitamins will my cholesterol drop quickly? I eat very well and do a good amount of hard cardio

Nothing will happen quickly. In bodybuilding, everything takes time and patience.

But if your diet is clean, you should see improvement within few weeks.

only one way to find out man. blood work. i hope things get better.. i know n2guard is a great idea to help with heart health. 2 years straight on a hefty dose of gear is going to wreck havoc on the heart though :(

Your cholesterol levels should bounce back fairly quickly. Especially with how in-depth you are being with your supplement, diet and training plan.

The only thing I would add to your supplement plan is psyllium husk. Soluble fibre binds to cholesterol in the small intestine and prevents it from being absorbed. Take 10g of psyllium husk with your last meal of the day everyday. It kind of tastes like dirt so I mix mine into a scoop of whey isolate as part of my last meal of the day.

Would you recommend getting that version or a pill version? Is there a brand you would also say is good? Thanks buddy!

You can get it at any bulk store or grocery store that has bulk foods.
