What size pin do you guys use to draw gear from your bottles?

Right now I am using an 18g pin to load all of my syringes. This morning I found a piece of the stopper floating in my bottle of EQ. I didn't worry because I use my bottles up plenty fast, but this seems like it could pose a problem if left in the bottle for awhile. I have heard of this happening to 1 other guy. Any of you have the same problem? It doesn't seem sanitary and I don't need an abcess so I am going to order some 21g to load with.

Yep, I have had the same problem. I have gone to 21g needles. Also I will load multiple syringes with the pins in place. In other words draw out a cc or two into one syringe spin off the syringe body leaving the pin in the vial, spin on a new syringe body pull a few cc's. I am currently doing 4 injects of cyp pw, mixed with 3 deca pw, I load all of them up in one sitting with the pin in place for all.

I load up and shoot with the same needle, wich is a 22guage.Some people say that poking it through the stopper dulls it,but I have never had a problem doing it that way.

I buy a box of 18g pins that I use to draw. Just swap it on, draw up the fluid in seconds and swap it back out.

I dont use multi-use vials. I like 2ml vials like Normas and Organon and just regular glass amps. I dont think it should be a problem though (with having a piece of the stopper in your fluid).

I bought a bunch of 18’s for drawing but when they run out I’ll get some 20’s. The 18’s really pummel the rubber stopper if you are doing ed or eod inj. I use 23g for inj.

I'm injecting eod so I load a couple week's worth of syringes at a time.

Load 18
Inject 23

I actually found a bit of rubber stopper in one of my syringes. I got it out easy enough but when I run out of this batch I'm getting 20s for loading and 25s for injections.

18g to draw

I use either 22g or 25's to inject. I wouldn't worry about stopper pieces, the smaller gauge would stop it from ending up inside me.

same for both 23g

Can't see any reason to to go with an 18g... (except drawning out winny).....I'm not in a hurry.
