I use 25G 1", but I know of people who use 1.5"... it depends on how big your delt is to...

5/8" should be ok...

I use either 25 gauge 5/8 or 1 inch.

a slin pin works fine for me

I use 23g 1.5"s for everything...but I have decent delt development so I can get away with it. You can always buy a 1.5 and cut the plastic cover so that the pin can only go in so far...thats a little trick my friend showed me.

I always hit delts with 22g 1.5"

If you wanna be a hurcules, try going all out with an 18g, 1inch.

You can use 1.5" if you want, just don't go in all the way.
