What size ALA pills do you prefer?

Would you like 500mg pills, 300, 200, etc? The smaller the pill, the higher the price per mg of course. Let me know your opinions please.

Since you're all on the topic of ALA, how do you guys feel about buying the powder from BAC and packing it yourself? Super cheap $16.50 for 50g (compared to $27.50 at Anabolical).

I use the powder and don't cap it. It gets a little annoying and the caps would be more convenient but the price is too good to pass up. - cbeaks

This is what I have been doing for years….got my powder from kilosports.com but next batch ill buy from BAC…I use 00 size caps (I think…the biggest caps they have..but I think theres also 000 size but not sure if cap m quick can cap those) and get 475mg give or take per cap…that’s about as much that will fit

I also will be selling it in straight powder form for .25 a gram, which is even cheaper then BAC.
