What should my next cycle be?

I'm 29 5'7" 160lbs. Solid. I've been lifting consistently for 5 years. Started with prohormones but realized there were too many sides with them. Now I finished my second ass cycle. First ever was sust 250 and my last was test 250. My pct was simple just hcgenerate for 5 weeks and I recovered fine with it. Now I'm on unleashed and tribulus. Surprisingly I recovered fine with no serm. I had nolva, aromasin and proviron on order and it just barely came in now.

1-10 test e
8-13 hcgenerate
12-15 unleashed, need2slin, ala, and tribulus


Started with prohormones to beastdrol to aas


Now I finished my cycle in september. I plan to start again in December.

I have in hand test e 250, aromasin, nolva, and proviron. I gaine about a solid 10 lbs from the test. Kept about 7lbs. Not much since I'm a smal guy. My question is that I'm looking into anavar, anadrol, and winny. What would you guys recommend for me?

Yes, if you want to be 180lb you have to eat like a 180lb man.

Keeping 7 lbs after a cycle (as long as you didn't increase BF) is pretty good. The more you cycle, the slower the muscle will come.

On-cycle you should be eating 4,500 kcal per day; 340g of protein, 450g of carbs (mostly from whole grains and vegetables), and 150g of fat (mostly unsaturated). No more than 2 protein supplement shakes a day. You can see that to do this right, eating becomes a full-time job.

Anadrol will put weight on you quickly but it comes with some pretty harsh sides and should be limited to 4 weeks. You could start your cycle with it but d-bol would be a better choice.

With either anadrol or d-bol, a lot of the initial weight will be water but it will increase your strength quickly right at the beginning of the cycle.
 
Ill say this tho I don't belive in only 2 protein shakes a day I take like 4 of them bitches

Yeah that's my issue. Im a smaller guy so I can't eat as much as bigger guys. Ive been only able to manage 4 meals a day and 2 shakes. I plan to get on teSt again and maybe stack with an oral.

Unless y'all think I can get away with an oral cycle? Maybe anavar
 
Bump the test up a little bit, DOUBLE your food intake, and you should grow. Anavar can't hurt. :)

I'm serious about doubling your food. You will have enourmous gains but you have to really cram the food down.

It comes down to simple physics. The muscle you want is added weight and you can't gain weight from thin air. It has to go through your mouth.

If you go on a cycle without increasing your calories, you can gain up to 10 lbs because your body uses food more efficiently. However, when you stop taking the AAS, your weight goes right back where you started.

Eating is the key.
