what kind of gains should i expect from halo. done the research just want real world results. i have taken juice off and on for 12 years mostly on.i have taken large amounts up to 4500m.g. a week.over the last few years doses of about 400m.g. a week. i have taken almost every thing under the sun but i have never taken halo. so any info i get from real world use would be of great help. thanx h-train
