Okay this will be my first cycle here are my stats:
6'ft 180pounds in good shape dont know body fat buy im sure its very low.
I work lift two days a week and swim and jog the other two days currently. I eat 3 full meals a day and two protein shakes in between my meals. And i munch on granola all day long as snack.
What do u guy think i should do? Im leaning towards deca and sus. Please tell me a good cycle using one or both of these. Thanks!!
