It would help if we had your stats. If you are 280lbs, 9%bf and needing to bridge for a contest in the late fall, that's one thing.
If not that (or something in the ballpark) then just take a break. It's good to be off some.
BTW - I think we're all obsessed. Here's another guy who hasn't even STARTED his cycle and he's already worrying about what to do at the end. (No flame bro - I do it, too.)
