What should i be Intrested in???

im looking for some supps to take on on/off days to help balance out my system.

nothing major im a natty,
its hard trying to explain myself sorry.

kinds of like how you would take a multi-vitamin in the morning....
but something that would help further bennifit me for workingout?

if anyone has a list of things....i would be more then glad to reasearch things myself..........sorry im a dumbass :)

I'd say the single best place to start would be the AFStore, and maybe bodybuilding.com. Visit their site/s and do some searches on this board on those supps.

The main things are to insure you have enough protien in your diet, enough *clean* calories per day, enough recovery time and a personalised version of a good workout programme. How you achieve all of those things depends on your goals.

Do you want to gain mass? Do you want to loose weight/cut up? Are you training for strength or fitness/or both?

Do some research on Whey suppliments. The protien in those shakes are essential for strength straining. Think about getting some of this...

Typically westerner's lack these types of Omega 3 in their diet.

Get a Timed Release multi-vit and some Timed Release Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (visit the GNC website for ideas, but buy elsewhere for a good price).

Specifically, look at Sesapure and Glucorell R on the Anafit Site.

Eat a ton of whole foods all day...

Drink aloooooooot of H20 (1+ Gallons at Least).

Seasapure and Glucorell (at AF store) to help along.

Food = most anabolic substance :) eat up.
