what should i add to my cycle?

I've done 3 cycles of essentially 500 sust/wk and 250 eq/wk for 15 weeks. I want to gain a little more mass during my next cycle. I'm not sure if I should just do, say 750 sust/wk, or add another type of test. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
 
You should grow fine on 750mg of sust or any kind of test for that matter. Add in some dboll or deca and you will grow for sure. It really all comes down to how much food you take in though.
 
If you want to gain a little more mass then bump your calorie intake up 400 to 500 more than what you did the last time. Mostly in carbs and/or fats. Also, if you wish, you can throw in some dbol starting around week 4 to 7. If you've taken the time off that you should have then there is no need to change anything for your receptors should be pretty clean.
 
You should bump your EQ up to 400mgs per week and pound the hell out of the protein. That's what the EQ is good for, a better nitrogen balance. 750 mgs of test and 400mgs of EQ a week--- good shit bro!
 
Thanks for feedback. I'm not a big fan of d-bol -- I hate the bloat -- so i'll just up the sust and EQ.
 
Your diet will play the most crucial role in this, sufficient calories must be present in order to grow. For mass, I would opt for 200-400mg/wk of deca over EQ any day of the week. EQ was nice for me for hardness, vascularity and pumps, just did not see the size that I have from my previous two deca/test cycles...
 
This is only your 4th cycle, 500mg/wk of sust should be fine.
I would bump the EQ up to 400mg - 600mg/wk. Great gains, and less bloat.

And of course bump the calories.
 
Even though deca and Eq are very similar in chemical structure, I would pass on the Eq this cycle and replace it with the deca. I think 750mg/week of sust should be the minimum you should take and shoot 5-600mg/week of deca. I definately get better results from deca than Eq. The only time I really ever use Eq anymore is pre-contest to harden up and help with vascularity. Another thing you may want to consider is some tren at about 75mg/EOD. If you had more expierence under your belt it would be better to do the tren every day, but if you dont grow off sust and deca combined, I would start looking for a new hobbie to get involved in.
