What results can I expect?

I want to know how much muscle and strength would be expected with this first cycle.

250mg sust once every 5 days for 8 weeks
25mg dbol every day for 5 weeks

Stats
175lbs
12% bf
5'7"

I max bench 275 right now, how much stronger will I be able to get after my 8 week cycle?
 
You will put on 22.3 pounds of lean mass, and you will be able to bench 314.





Just kidding, it all depends man. What is your diet doing to look like? If your diet is good you should be able to put on 10-15 pounds pretty easily. My first cycle was a DBol only cycle (Naps) at 30mg/day and I put on 25 pounds. Once the water had left my body, I had kept about 15 of that. Just eat like a horse and lift hard and you will be fine.
 
I'm gonna consume atleast 350 grams of protein every day. And take in 4500+ calories. I don't know If I should eat healthy or if I should just eat like a mad man. This will be my first cycle, I want it to be a good one. For post cycle, I will be using "post cycle" from the PF. Do you guys think that would be enough or do I need nolva?

Dont post unless you know what you're talking about. On that cycle you always gain 20.1292lbs of lean muscle and strength will go up 24.5%. Do some research next time.
 
Make sure to still eat as clean as possible. Eating everything in sight will still put on the pounds, but you will get a lot of fat along with it. As far as post cycle goes, I use clomid, but to each his own I suppose. I am thinking of starting to run some nolva with the cycle I am on now though. I don't have any experience with PFs Post Cycle, but I would have some nolva or clomid on hand just in case you get gyno.

Actually Genarr3, I did do my research, and if he injects his sust into the rim of his asshole, this is exactly the gains he will get. Ha ha ha!!!!
 
when on SUSTANON i drop the eat clean rule and just EATTTTTTTTTT....

i mean stuff your face all day. lol.

you'll put on reat gains. i am doing a similar cycle to you. LOVE IT
 
Do your sust for 10 weeks instead of 8. Substantial strength increase, 15 lbs. of muscle or so if you stuff your face.

Hard to tell, but assuming your diet and training is correct, expect lot of strenght and mass. 10-15lbs is not out of reach. Good luck :)
 
I think you need to check your calculations again bro.
Its 20.1392LBS of Lean mass and strength is always times 1.0347 %. So that would equal 20.8 increase.
