What makes the Test P hurt ?

It's the needle that hurts. Try not reusing the same one more than a dozen times-they start to get really dull.
It doesn't hurt, your just a pussy. Next time use a needle till it gets all white and crusty, dip it in Bacardi 151 and throw it in your ass like its a dart. You'll be crippled for days, but you'll be ripped.
Seriously though, prop, along with winny, is notorious for being a painful injection. Don't know why, but if your running it for more than 8 weeks you should just go with a longer acting test esther like enanthate or cyp. Less injections and no pain at all. You can cut it with some pharmy grade oil if its that much of a problem. Go to finafarm.com.

Personally I have used just about ever prop prodcut made and have found none of them to really hurt, maybe a bit irritating but nothing like injecting t400 in your quad. The reason is certain esters hurt more than others, and the shorter the ester the more irritating they usually are. Like suspension for example as no ester but the crystals are irritating on the muscle, like winstrol also. I know some people get fevers from prop and EQ esters, but I never did and that is only your first injection of that drug that you can get that. As said above, if you are running anything longer than 6-8 weeks just use cyp or enanthate, it will be much more comfortable and cost efficient..

I have some BD Test prop and it does hurt like a mother f*cker not when it goes it about a day later, If i shoot in my thigh it makes me limp for a few days. It is usually associated with U.G labs; they do not use clean rooms like Human grade pharmaceutical companies so they compensate for this by using BA. Human grade Prop is a lot less painful.

All of these guys are on the right track, but still haven't nailed it. It is usually NOT the ba. Most guys make their gear with 3% or less benzyl alcohol, so that is no longer an issue (if you source still uses 5% ba, trash your source). The propionate ester (as well as someone else who said winstrol, which has no ester) is gonna be painful in certain concentrations. If you use 50mg/ml prop, you should not get any pain. But since most ug's make prop in 100mg/ml concentrations or more, you are getting pain due to the high concentration of the hormone and it leaching itself out of the oil and solution more quickly.
The reason ug prop stings and most human grade does not is because human grade prop is never any more than 50 or possibly 75mg/ml. Get ug, cut it with sterile oil to make it 50mg/ml and you'll see what I'm sayin.

my prop doesn't hurt any more than my enanthate, neither the day of or the day after, both with the same amount of BA/BB
