I never really cut or bulk specifically.
I eat around 2-3 thousand cals per day, mostly protein and fat, pretty low carb.
My question for you all is what breakdown do you usually follow? I have no issues eating the same shit every day, I actually enjoy it. I tracked my eating on Fit Day for a few weeks and here was my average day:
Fat: 72g
Carb: 121
Prot: 250
Rounding out around 2100 cals/day
Some days I throw in a couple protein shakes and an extra meal to get me up around 3000 cals.
6'3 220 lbs.
Just want to get some others opinions, what you do, etc. Goal is obviously to be lean and mean. I'm carrying an extra 5-10 lbs of beer (actually vodka) gut currently.
Booze is on the weekends only. I'm wondering if I'm eating too much fat and not enough carbs or something. All the fat I eat is from eggs, beef (96% lean), or nuts.
