what kind of steak

I am trying to eat red meat at least once a week... What kind of steak should I buy? I am a little confused about the beef terminology (bottom round vs. top round, etc)

Anything ending with "lion" is the best choice. I would stick with top sirlion. Ribeye & T-Bones for example are too fatty. Most fillets are good but pricey.
