what kind of mp3 should I get?

Depends what your gonna do with it. If you need one for working out then obviously you need a small one, otherwise go with the big hard drive. You'll fit your entire collection on it.

I say buy one of those CD mp3 players.. I had one, and it was great.. although, I did drop it.. and broke it.. but before that, it was awsome.. and I could fit between 200-250 mp3's on each CD.. I once had about 1500 songs on about 8 cd's carrying around with me.. weeee.. If I ever get one again, I can put my 4,500 songs onto cd's.. and carry them around with me

This might just be me but if I listen to my own music I feel tuned out of the world, If I listen to the radio I feel different.

Strange I know....but thats just the way it is. I do like certain music but I find in my car I listen tomy CD's much less than my regular radio.

If you can burn MP3 CD's, then a CD player that plays MP3 formatted CD's is great.

The iPod (Apple) is far and away the best. It now comes in PC fromat too and you can burn and erase all day long.
it comes in 5, 10, and 20 GB models (the 20GB will hold an average of 4000 songs!!!) $499 at Dell and anywhere else.

I got the 20GB version of the Apple iPOD and love it, sysncs over a firewire connection to your computer so you can transfer your entire music collection in a few minutes and sync up in a few seconds.

Get the CD mp3 player. I never leave home without mine. I got mine from www.sonystyle.com . Can play regular CDs or holds megs of mp3s (or however big the CD you burn is)
