Lately I haven't been motivated at all, I added some fat so I started a diet this week and i cheated today, no cardio all bad food, I can't seem to stick to anything right now. I am short, so I want to be 7-8 percent bf when I bulk because when I get over 12-14 I look like a fat ass and feel like one, I would estimate I am at 10-11 right now with my cheat day setting me back abit, do you think I should cut down to 7-8 and then bulk? Prob take another two-three weeks of dieting. Thanks
