What keeps you motiviated?

Lately I haven't been motivated at all, I added some fat so I started a diet this week and i cheated today, no cardio all bad food, I can't seem to stick to anything right now. I am short, so I want to be 7-8 percent bf when I bulk because when I get over 12-14 I look like a fat ass and feel like one, I would estimate I am at 10-11 right now with my cheat day setting me back abit, do you think I should cut down to 7-8 and then bulk? Prob take another two-three weeks of dieting. Thanks

Won't make me more motivated, I am in it for the muscle : ) , I was just thinking if I got to 7-8 I could bulk longer say 4 months instead of 2. What sounds better? Cause I am anxious to start bulking but this past month has been hell on me mentally and physically, I lost alittle muscle from not going to the gym and not eating right so I want to get back on track.
 
Go to a bodybuilding competition. That'll get ya motivated.

My motivation? Knowing someday that I'll be HUOOOOOOOOGE!! ;) :p

Well, bulking requires less discipline for obvious reasons...the downside is that you stand the chances of becoming even fatter. In the end it is up to you.
