as of now bulking on 500mgs a week of cyp and 400mgs a week of Deca...I train 4 days a week and go as heavy as I can for 12-15 sets per body part....I've been lazy this cycle so I've not been doing cardio.
I use to pyramid UP weight DOWN reps.. but i bought into the theory that all it does is waste energy. I'm happy I did. I've been doing 3 or 4 sets of 10 reps and my pumps are so much more intense. gains are coming aswell. (will bump it up to 12, 15 reps last 2 weeks of winny)
i always tell myself "ok i'm going to go for 6 reps really heavy on this next set" then all of a sudden i find myself pushing it up to 10. So i add more weight to it. I usually never end up training like when i'm off. I end up doing alot more.
I use a weight that allows me to be able to do at least four reps, but no more than six. When I hit 6 reps I force out two extra.
And I do 12-15 sets per bodypart like muscleup does...
6 sets for big muscles- Chest, shoulders, back, legs(compound movements)
4 sets for small muscles- Bis, tris, calves
4-6 reps
Failure on every set...except squats!
No cardio
Add weight to the bar or dumbell every training sesion
