what is your MRP, Post Workout & Nighttime mix?

Hey guys,

I know this should go in the nutrition forum, but I need some advice from those on gear. Im doing my first cycle soon and I need advice on what kind of powders I should get from proteinfactory. I need one as a MRP which I would use between meals, one as post workout and one for before sleeping. Also, Im not sure what the serving sizes are, but how many lbs would I get of each to ensure it lasts for at least 1.5-2 months.
 
sometimes, reading these posts I have to question if people are really that lazy or just stupid...everything is right there on their website. You can call them too...they are cool and will even recommend what you need.

or just do what i do, i use lean body by labrada. Hands down on the of the best tasting and easily digested MRP's out there.

They may not have slow absorbing proteins in there but it works very well for me

I love Labrada's V-60 and my Fav is VPX's Micellean with Micellar casein, which keeps me anabolic most of the night!!
