yohimburn is nice too, if anything for the pre workout boost it gives me when i apply it to my face and the sensation alone.

For me it's a toss-up between T-Rex and Glucorell-R. Never have I ever seen or used anything so effective.

looks like it's quality stuff but it costs really too much to buy it when we're here in Canada. I'd take r-ala year long if I was 100% sure it works as it's claimed to. However I don't know if it does, but I'm carb sensitive at the worst degree.

Yohimburn is the only product I have tried that I felt was good. neurogenix - nothing, R-ALA - causes terrible heart burn, protein - okay but cheaper of same quality is found elsewhere

Tylers detox - good idea, but too much of plain old multi vitamins mixed in with a miniscule amount of cal-d-glucurate and L-glutathione. Overpriced. Much better off just buying cal-d-glu and l-glutathione elsewhere and taking an amount that will work without having to gobble 6 or 7 pills.

gluc-r does not cause heart burn IMHO, perhaps you got R-ALA with a little S mixed in which is just really plain old ALA which gives me the worst heart burn,

Maybe so, it was a bottle of R-ALA from AF ...I am not even sure if they sell it anymore. I used it to make my own perricone type face cream after almost dying on a few occassions from taking it orally

I like: Glucorell, Yohimburn DF, Thermorexin, P Seven, ALCAR (N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine hcl), Liporexin, Synthetic Guggulsterones, Yohimbine HCL, DMAE, Ginger Root, GLA, GPlenish, Neurogenex, Tyler Liver Detox Factors. (the whole damn store)

You should take it just prior to eating a carb meal. 1 for every 30-40 grams of carbs.

You guys should effort to create a line of supplements that covers all aspects the muscle building qualities of steroids. R-ala covers glucose uptake, gplenish helps nitrogen retention, etc...macro can do it.
