i agree with nautica I didnt believe the hype but I figure if I spent all this money on juice why not sepnd another $60 for 2 bottles to see what happens. The results have been amazing, definitely the best OTC Ive ever taken

Hmmm, so you get 100 caps of 100mg r-ALA per bottle?

Can the dosage then be halved since you're not getting the s-ALA which typically makes up 50% of a cap?

According to what Fonz has posted, even less. You should be able to use 1/3 of what you use with the mixture. Macro posted the same yesterday.
