what is the difference between creatine and glutamine?

I have been reading up on creatine and I am still unsure as to the benefits.

Correct me if I am wrong:

creatine aids in strength and indurance and muscle recovery

glutamine just aids in muscle recovery

What are the other benefits to creatine? I have also read that women should take a special formulated creatine to decrease chances of bloating. As well, you might not notice a difference in anything if you eat a lot of meat???

the bloating issue isnt just concerning women.

The Creatine Monohydrate(first generation creatine) would create a lot of intra-muscluar water retention - hence the increased leverage = more strength...it would also dra some water sub-q(under the skin)

CEE will not have the same effect of as much bloating under the skin.

Glutamine PEPTIDES will aid in recovery - and they *can* act a bit like creatine as they are cell volumizers as well.

Thank you

but leads me to another question(s). If you stop taking creatine then will your muscle mass decrease significantly, and does it not show true figures when it comes to getting your bF% tested when you take it?

oh yeah and then at what volume of exercise should you be taking it, I assume just when you are bulking or even when you are cutting?

well.....you WILL ose the water retention form within the muscles AND form underneath the skin.

Training phases imo do not matter when it comes to the two supps - they are good for ANY phase.

and um......while on creatine....some trainers will be thrown by the water sub q when pinching.
