What is the correct dosage for Aromasin?

Im on test prop and npp 100mg eod for 8 weeks. Also i am taking winstrol and anavar at 50mg e/d weeks 4-9.

I am taking proviron and aifm with the aromasin but i do not know the correct dosage as this is my first time use with aromasin.

They are Proform 20mg caps by the way.
