What is THE BEST Supplement (not drug)

That would elevate moods? Every time I cycle, I get moody/short-tempered/and I'm "just not as happy" of an individual. YES: I control it.....but I dislike the way it makes me feel. Quality of life is important to me.

Any supp out there help with keeping me "happy" during cycles.
