proetin definately vitamin shop. i bought 4 lbs there for 20$ there's cheaper stuff online if you look around but for local stores Vitamin Shop. They had a sale once selling boxes of low carb protein bars for 1$! i bought all of the boxes

Ditto. Each company has it's strengths and weaknesses. As far as vitaminshoppe and vitamin world, ect. I highly not recommend thier products. Watered down potencies, low quality, and too much $ for what you're getting. Find a local discount nutrition store (usually and independant) and they will have name brand stuff for online prices.
