What effects does PGF2 (prostaglandin F2) produce? What dosages are required?
It causes localized growth of muscle tissue wherever it is injected. It does not work systemically because its half-life in the body is so short. Prostaglandins are local acting hormones that exert their effect within the tissues that they are secreted in. The only problem with PGF2 is that it causes side effects that include feeling like you have the flu for a good 60 minutes immediately following injection. Also, it increases motility of your large intestine resulting in a need to empty your bowels (translation: you will be on the "bowl" for a good hour after you take the shot). PGF2 also increases the production of substance P (which is responsible for the production of pain in the body) so expect soreness at the injection site.
Injections should be taken 2x per day (usually in the morning and night - give yourself an hour for your stomach to calm down after your shot). Usually 1/2cc is taken in each body part (1cc total) twice daily. That equates to 2cc per day (some guys increase that dose as they progress. I suggest staying at 2cc per day).

What is PGF2? It is a drug used to abort fetuses in cow, pigs, and horses. this would explain why people get such sever stomach cramps -- it makes all of the "contractable" smooth muscles contract...including your intestines. In females, it makes their uterus and other reproductive organs contract and constrict, and thus aborts the fetus. For this reason, Women should NEVER use this drug. It has localized effects on muscle tissue in the spot where you inject it. Apparently the mechanism whereby it promotes muscle growth is similar to IGF-1, but also promotes muscle growth by the same mechanism that stretching your muscles promotes growth (believe it or not, you can add muscle mass simply by stretching). I also read that the fat-burning mechanism has to do with thermogenics -- a rise in your body temperature. There was something else in the article I read about it's direct effect on fat when injected directly into fat tissue. It actually kills
the fat cells. Anyway, there is a long and informative article that you would be able to find archived on Mesomorphosis board. It was written by "Darkham", and it explains everything you want to know about it.
I'll try to answer a few of the questions in this thread. First, here is my dosing regimen:
Day 1:
I inject 20 I.U into the outer head of each calf, 20 I.U into each medial quad, and 20 I.U into the left and right side of my abdomen...subcutaneously into the fat. This is a total of 120 IU, or 1.2 ml.
Day 2:
Same as above, except this time I do the injections in the inner head of my calves, my outer quads, and same place in the stomach.
When I first started injecting, I only injected my calves and quads, and not my stomach. I had a little bit of stomach upset and sometimes I would get Diarrhea, but ever since I started injecting into the subcutaneous fat around my stomach, I get severe stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. One time I tried taking a total of 2.5 ml and I though I was going to die. So I never exceed 1.2 ml per day. I inject every night, but I have heard of some people injecting 3 or 4 times throughout
the day. It's HELL, but it is worth it for the incredible amount of fat loss I am noticing. I am going to try taking some "Immodium AD" (the anti-diarrhea medication) before I inject and see if that helps. Maybe some pepto-bismol for the stomach upset.
Someone asked if there were any Asthmatics who use it...well, I have really bad asthma, and I sometimes feel a little bit of tightness in my chest, but it is cured when I take a puff of my inhaler.
