what is everyone doing this weekend?

Im taking it easy.
Just finished my second week of Max-OT. that means weekends are off.
Ive done somthing with my acilles(sp?) so i cant walk properly, so its better just to stay in.

What about you?
 
I'm makin' waffles and taking the kids to the zoo.
 
What is Max OT? Is it a new training program or something?

I am doing nothing much. Weather has been shitty, you heard about the tornado below here that killed the man? Well the last couple of days were rainy and grey.

Cocktail party and playing cards tonight, concert tomorrow night, sunday will be spent going to various bars and begging for liquor for my Easter Bonnet Contest coming up.
 
I have to help out at our Garage sale at the old house Sat.

Got to see a few honey's this morning that stopped and were looking at some of our nicer stuff.
Lots of down blouse shots due to most of it being set on low tables ..

Sat evening, finish moving a few last min items to the new house(tool box, Comp Desk, Gun cabinet)

Good news is that Mrs Y sold my Lawn Tractor that was beat too hell but still running. And the Trampoline

GOD bless her for letting me out of there this morning and coming into work..
 
going to a play tonite and sunday and going to hear a friend's band on Sat
 
Operation Shock and Awe II - Revenge of the Broly.
 
My little sister just turned 21 last week and she's coming home from school for the weekend. While the idea of going out to party with her on Saturday night scares me (as I think of her as an innocent little girl), I'm going to go as she asked me. It should be fun.

On Sunday I was all excited about plans I'd made with a friend of mine but then I remembered that I have to go to a baby shower on Sunday. Damn damn damn. So alas, I had to cancel.
 
I dunno. But I just slept for 13 hours and I REALLY enjoyed it so I'm thinking I'm gonna work in more of that. Maybe go see my buddy play tomorow night. Maybe go to a bar tonight. Maybe sleep an obscene amount.
 
I've got 2 articles to write, a fraternity initiation tonight, and a formal tomorrow night. Personally, I'd rather lay around here this weekend and do none of the 3. :)

Well basically its a 5 day split, 4-6 reps.

But there is a lot of different techniques and "rules" you have to use.

Each week you read a new section (10-20 pages) and then you execute it then ext week.
I just wanted to try something new. And to have someone do all the work for me when it comes to planning the workouts.
 
Studying for a psychology and anatomy test. Yippee! I hate my life right now.
 
May go out tonight with a friend and ofcourse work. Also sit around and analyze shit thats insignificant.
