what is an effective masteron dose?

at least 600mgs p/w but use for a cutter not a bulker

Depends what your stacking it with. 600 if using alone, or 300 to 600 if stacking it with something else.

I just finnished my sust npp cycle with mast 150 and test e
150mg of mast eod with 1 ml of test e (250mg) e4d only ran for 3 weeks and was impressed with it hardend me u[p nicely and gave a nice boost in streanth and intensaty

Everyone is different, masteron does not do much for me, like proviron, does not do anything noticable

From what I hear, unless you're a very genetically gifted and a hyper-responder (I personally fall somewhere in the middle of the bell curve), masteron needs to be used in high doses to get the desired effect. The last time I used it I was mid 230's and needed 100 mg ED to get the hardness and striations I was after. I haven't run it since, and next time I'll be using the BD Mastabol blend, probably at 1 cc EOD for at least 6 weeks, with tren, winny, and a touch of prop.
