does anyone get what im saying. how much time off is normal? just curious as to what the big boys do.

There is no such thing as average running of cycles. Most non-competitors will do 2 to 3 cycles per year. Obviously it depends on the type of gear, doses, reactions,health,training,injuries- should I go on- make sense? there are no absolutes in this game. :havoc:
