What inspires you

Who and what inspired you to lift and get big. For me it was stallone. Arnold always seemed to far away. Stallone was someone who was achievable and kept me going. Then it was Mike Tyson. Now its VIN DIESEL. He might not be big but one look at him and i'm ready to hit the gym. Its easy to start but its really hard to stay at it.

What keeps you in it?

The passion of it.
Doing something day in and day out that most people can't do consistently for more than a month w/out finding excuses to miss workouts.

Growing up with Arnold movies, and a girl problems.

Now i am so far into it i have made lifting a huge part of my life that it has changed my life completely. My life has been so much better since I started lifting. The bigger i get the better i feel about myslef. This is what keeps me going...

When I was little (6-7), weightlifting was this mysterious thing. So was Arnold. That's when I first heard my parents mention him (there was respect and shame in thier voices). So, I started to lift weights. The whole idea of building muscles intrigued me. As did the idea of a secret formula that would make your muscles grow. This was way before I even heard of steroids. Already I was trying to find a way. I didn't come up with anything then. But now, with more resources, the mystery of "weightlifting" continues to unfold with exciting discoveries around every corner.

I was a skinniest kid and everyone made fun. Watched alot of movies of Arnold, Stallone and Salman Khan. Joined a gym, the first 2 years nothing happend finally enough was enough and now working out is part of my life.

What inspires me?

Being able to walk into a room and gaining instant respect from people due to size. For people to say "Damn, that guy is fuckin big!" Thats what I lift for!!

I remember when I was young 15 and never had lifted before. I worked at CVS (Peoples Drug then) as a cashier and this guy came in to buy stuff had like sleeve cut-offs and his arms were fukin' jacked at least 17" with veins and here I was this scrawny 135 pounder. I was hooked after that through highschool and afterwards for a whiles.

It sounds dumb but to this day I would like to be that guy to see what it feels like and just walk around and get looks of amazement.

I haven't really thought about this till now... Probably my fat co-workers who kept saying that I should put few pounds on those bones. Well, they just pissed me off... Now I'm happy where I am at and it's part of my life to lift at least 3-4 times a week.

I think if I didn't lift to help with my aggression I would kill someone so for me anger and rage is my motive

Hey f4209211, Just do a search on Salman Khan you will get alot of news and pics on him. He also appeared once on Baywatch and interviewed on Oprah Winfry because he was voted as the 7th best looking man in the world in 1997. He's not that big but he's a superstar in India and comes to the USA alot for shows. He's got a big fan for the Indians all over the world. He can see that he has done a couple of cycles over the years because he's lot alot of hair.

to see that bar flexed when I stack the weight. Strength is my main drive, aint nothin like pushin the weights!!! Remember, the bar never lies!!!!

One thing inspires me:

A CHICK IN A THONG BIKINI WITH A BUBBLE BUTT HAVING A TAN ON THE BEACH.
AND WHEN I ARRIVE SHE SAYS:
-HOLA BABY , I´M ALMOST READY FOR YOU...

What motivates me is my father, he was 6'6 310 lbs. He played for UM and the 9 years in the NFL, he unfortunatly passed away when I was 15 from a diebetic heart attack. I am 6'5 240 right now and looking forward to going over the 300 lb mark and letting his legacy live on.

I was inspired by, watching Pumping Iron when I was a kid and read Flex magazine. It tool awhile for me to get comfortable working out in a gym because I was not built. I had great genetics, small waist, wide shoulders and such. So, once I did get the balls up to start working out results came real fast. What keeps me motivated now is living at the beach and being surrounded by all the healthy people and built bodies. I need to keep up and hopefully surpass most of them. OH and sex….I like having sex it helps to have a nice body because you can get it more…..in my opinion.
