What IGF dose?

If you guys had 2 mg's og IGF would you run 33 days 60mcg a day or 25 days 80mcg? Not sure yet if I wanna shoot it twice a day or just PWO and am on off days.
 
go with 80mcg/ed for 25 days, I like to see IGF runs kept at 30 days or less, then take a break ... repeat again
 
Thanks for the help X. It is my first run but I don't want to waste my money. Hopefully see some good results from this. I'm gonna keep a log up since there aren't too many of them around.
 
This is what I hate about IGF and why I waited so long to try it. 20 different people like to run it 20 diff ways. And to make it worse that is the way I wanted to run it at first. 50 days mcg's. Bump for the way people ran it and the results they got. Has anyone tried different ways?

After just coming off IGF1LR3 I would suggest running 80-100mcg daily IM into muscle region trained that day. 21-30 days MAX.

yup, you wont get a straight answer as no one knows for sure. its too new. you have to experiment for yourself and start out conservative. you dont' want to take more than you need, as it will cause everything to grow, mainly your intestines. it also depends as to how pure your igf is, 40mcg dose to one person may be the same as 80mcg dose from someone else who has less pure or slightly denatured peptides. look at it this way, you body produces like around 1mcg or less, so even 20mcg is theoretically a boat load.

If you never ran test before would you start out at a gram a week?

And remember the most important part of IGF is the hyperplasia... growth of new muscle cells. To then stimulate and make grow. As ive posted seemingly 55 times in the last couple weeks, IGF is the only chemical known that can give you new muscle cells. Those new cells can then grow and that is what can add size.
 
Bro, I'm on IGF right now....and absolutely love it. I tested out on bench and hang clean waaay more than I thought I would get, and I'm dropping bodyfat rapidly. You want to start off low, I am doing 40mcg/ED. I did 20mcg before workout and shot 20mcg bi-laterally post workout.....but throughout camp, because of the limited time in between workouts and meetings, I did 40mcg in one shot post workout.

I'm also a fan of starting off conservative and low. I think 60 or 80 mcg are way too much for a first time. Use 1 mg and save the other mg for another time. Run something like me.....40mcgs for 25 days or 50mcg for 20 days. Cheers, bud....:coffee:

What's the opinion here that excess IGF (I've read doses in excess of 50mcg+) is largely absorbed by the intestines? I'm currently running at 40mcg EOD (site injects in muscles trained that day), to early to tell but by 4 weeks hopefully will have some updated progress.
 
I dont buy into the intestinal growth bunk. I have been on it pretty consistently for the last year and a half (month on month off @100mcgs/day). I also have friends who have been using longer than that and none of us can report any visable growth of the gut. Also someone who goes to OSU (poor buckeye LOL) in the chemistry department and has done alot of research on igf1-lr3 told me it won't make it through the visceral peritoneum and thats above where your intestines are. Now he did say it was possible with a intestinal inject using a 3 inch needle but who would do that?

What do you think gave dave palumbo his nasty lower abdominal "pouch"?? I am putting my money on igf.

nope my brotha, Excessive hgh and insulin abuse. Palumbo is actually recommends a 10-20 mcg igf-1 protocol.

that may be true, except I think most of the benefits that come from hgh use is actually from igf-1 after the hgh is converted in the liver....so it could be that his pure igf usage was limited, but maybe excessive hgh usage caused the excessive igf levels....or he was just genetically predispositioned more so than others....who knows.

you can correct though about him advocating lower dosages than just about everyone else out there.10-20mcg compared to most saying you need 60-100mcg....

I have also been reading a lot about how IGF is not as benefitial as most people originally thought...I personally haven't seen anything dramatic from it.
