ALL Anabolic steroids contain BOTH, an ANABOLIC and an ANDROGENIC component. It is impossible to seperate the two entirely, thus, they are (A)(A)(S).

However, there is something called a SARM; Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator, which is DISTINCTLY anabolic with NO androgenic component. These will be available within the decade.

The answer is that a SARM(selective androgen receptor modulator) is JUST THAT; a compound with PURELY anabolic and NO androgenic properties.

However, for all intents and purposes, removing the androgenic component from a steroid "in theory", will only make it WEAKER.

Of course, androgenic side-effects will also be reduced.
