My goals are to lose 20lbs. I am 200 5'8" bf 15%
This is my third cycle
primo- 500 ew 1-10
Tren ace 75mg/EDweek 1-5
masteron 400ew weeks 5-10
do i need to add test to this mix?
 
I personally would drop the masteron... as I don't think you will see much results as far as cutting you at 15% bf.... I've used it before and once you are already low % bf I think it definitely aids in the definition and striations of the muscle but it won't really cut you up!! and the general consensus I've seen is that unless your bf is already low you're pretty much pissin your money away and it's not the cheapest stuff.... but neither is primo.... personally I would spend it on getting more primo and upping that to 750 pw or maybe just add test... IMHO you can't go wrong test.... it's good for any cycle.... I just wrapped up a sust/tren cycle and I loved it... great results!! what is you cycle exp??? because the previous advice was given for someone with exp with gear!! and if this is your first cycle by all means lighten it up and start with 500 mg test pw and maybe some proviron...

i don't understand why guys include so much gear when going on a cutter just to lose the pounds. You CANNOT lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. That is a well known fact! All you need to worry about when cutting, is to maintain the muscle you have. And the primo or test alone, not even at the highest of doses, will do that job just fine.
Don't 'throw away' your gear ffs!

If you want to shed bodyfat, let's talk about your diet first. The cycle is just an aid. :coffee:

What he said; plus make sure you've got PCT in check.

Also diet is key: High protein, low carbs and fat

Cardio: At least 3 times per week in the morning on an empty stomach.

Extra supplements: ECA
