What If Your Not A Bb ?

I read an article by Dave Pulumbo and he notes 3 sets of aas users. The new generation which would probably apply to the group everyone has been flaming lately. Those who dont care really about Bodybuilding they may respect it but its not what they do. But those who like to look above average fit and appreciate the attention of their peers and GIRLS(hence what does this actor take?). although this group is hated on this bored. What would a no brains cycle look like for that group. Just curious but Palumbos article was good and he didnt bash them so maybe you could answer the question with out being so objective. I would go on a limb to say he may be a bit more respectfull to all who read his articles not just the Bodybuilders. Dont mean to piss anyone off but there are alot of different back grounds here and honestly some just want to look good. That does not mean they are lazy or dont train and diet hard. Thanks for readin.....I may need an extinguisher in 30 seconds to put these flames out..be gentle....

I hear you. I've powerlifted for a long time but some of my best lifts were before I ever juiced. The reason I juiced was to look good, not win powerlifting contests. I'm not big either. I was somewhat bulky at one point but my bodyfat was too high. Although I am recently retired from juicing, my only motivation for doing it in the first place was to look somewhat better than average.

I am one of those who are not necessarily into bodybuilding hardcore, while i do respect it and am amazed at the physiques I am more into the men's health mag cover guy look rather than the muscle and fitness mag cover guy look. When i did my first two cycles i was told to go with test cypionate and winstrol for the first 10wk cycle then the second 10wk cycle was test prop, winstrol and nandrolone decanoate (deca). my dosages were pretty low (200mg/wk for test/deca and 100mg/wk for the winny). I didnt suffer any side effects and gained close to 30lbs of lean muscle. My bodyfat is at 9.8% right now (i am a little bit ripped) and I'd like to get down to around 7.5%. I dont look huge but rather, healthy (as most people are telling me). I may do another cycle of maybe primo if i could get real stuff... or maybe do deca and winstrol again.
hope i dont get categorized and flamed as well..

I would fall into the category of using for "physical enhancement". I want people to know that I work out but I am not a BB'er. I am involved in many different kinds of activities - tennis, golf, skiing, wake boarding, scuba diving, etc. and a strong atheletic build plus good aerobic capabilities works out best. While I still want to add some more definition to my physique, I want to improve my endurance just as much. I plan on taking Brazialian JuJitsu in the new year.

I am also looking for something a little less extreme than what you would find on a "Flex" cover. I'm trying to hit it naturally, but I spend a lot of time here to know what I'm doing should I decide to add some gear. I think part of the reason people get flamed is because of what they say, rather than their goals. It's pretty easy to make it sound like you are half-assing your training and diet by saying "I don't want to get too big". People interpret that as you want to take gear and go to the gym twice a week. I give everything I've got to both, yet am not even "big enough" yet, so might need gear at some point.

i will never be a bodybuilder - in the sense that I will never step onto a stage in a pair of panties.

I like being big, i like being strong, i like lifting weights, and I like looking good. I have certain goals, and I will use what I feel is safe and is within my means to meet my goals. And, I educate myself on the subject.

Hey I repect them to. I want to get big I just dont like seeing people get flamed because they see a physique on tv and they like and want to work towards it. These are not people wanting to take a gram a week of test. But that doesnt mean they dont serve a purpose here. Ok you lift and when you wear clothes someone can see your traps and shoulders and pecs hanging out and they like it ok that feels good. I work out for a lot of reason but I'm not denying thats not one of them. That feels good and if aas helps makes this happen well so be it. So what is that kinda of guys cycle. Its probably cheapere to. I may not need striations sure if they get there I like them but I am not judged on thet.
Do you understand?

Ok, I get this type of question alot from guys. I wouldn't advise anyone who just wants a nice athletic physique that stands out to use gear, but if one had decided they must take this route, I would try something like the following.
Weeks:
1-8 test enathate or cyp 200 mg
1-8 deca 200 mg
6-10 winstrol 50 mg eod
armidex .5 mg eod

If one had a bit more money to work with, this is even better
1-8 test enathate or cyp 200 mg
1-8 primo 200 mg
1-10 anavar 25 mg ed

First off, many types use "gear" not just those for bb'ing. There are olympic athletes, football players, models, etc. etc. Not all "casual" users are idiotes and quite frankly many bb'ers are. There are more younger and younger users out there and many looking for a quick fix without putting in the time. Our society has become increasingingly lazy and hedonistic and it shows in all aspects of life. Unfortunately it gets us guys a lot of heat!

It still kills me that obesity rates go up and up and many more die from that, diabetes, heart disease and cancer not related to gear causing lost work, increasing medical costs, and the abuse of workers comp, disability, and welfare and we get all the shit from law enforcement, customs and the government.

What a bunch of near sighted asshole we have running the world!

WTF!

I best lifts have come after I joined the darkside.....
Also I'm not really into the BB side of the gear as much as I am into the preformance enhancing side of it...here is where new and tried methods come into play. But the payoff also comes in new muscle growth, and a sense of well being for me.

I dont want any one to think I am looking for an easy way out. I know diet and training are very hard to do and it takes time. But I go to the gym 5 days a week and I spend an hour or two there every day. All day I read and think about what I am going to do in the gym and how I can move heavier weights. I focus 110% all day on what I have to do once I step into the gym. The whne I go up to the bench or the weight I am in like a zone. Once I am there I try to focus and move the most weight I can and I try to improve this every time. I am not lazy I love grabbing two big ass dumbells I can barely pick up but once they are swung up and I start pressing and then bam 8 reps are done and I let them go !!!That is success in my mind. I fall asleep thinking on how to improve that. If aas can help me improve my edge and skill thats why I did it. And I like it it improverd the menatll aspect for me and it was great the some of the benifits were just there. But if it can help me to improve all that much more well thanks very much I appreciate that. I dont want you to think I am a show off for girls and thats why I use it. But if I take that much time to do something I like when anyone says damn you go to the gym alot because you look like your growing muscles every where. Or they see me move a heavy ass weight with perfect form. AAs helps me...thats all....

I understand that you bust your ass in the gym and want something to show for it. However, there needs to be balance in your life. If you going for the AAS for respect or admiration, then you might be setting yourself for disappointment. Sure the compliments are nice, but not to the point that it becomes an obsession. That is only going to lead to abuse and addiction (like any other drug).

Set some goals for yourself. Focus on your training and diet. As long as you are progressing and making improvements and gains, then there is no point rushing into the drugs. Then when you have got all the fundamentals down, go with something basic(Test/EQ) instead of some elaborate 3-compound, daily injection cycle (i.e. Fina/Test Prop/Winstrol).

I too am not a bb'er but am very serious about my training, and very serious about my diet. there are reasons we use the gear, and as long as these reasons do not turn to abuse and we stay healthy we should be able to do them without being flamed. Not that anyone has been yet on this thread. It is always good to hear from all walks of training life.
