Back in March I weighed 194@27% BF : 5'10". I have now gotten down to 169@19% BF. On days that I diet I only eat 1700 calories and do 1000 calories in cardio all in 1 workout. I figure I have to get down to 152 lbs to be at 10% BF. I know I have sacrificed some muscleon the way, but I will slingshot back up when I get back into weightlifting. I just got sooo sick of fat hiding my gains. I plan to keep my protein around 150 grams/day and do a 3 on 1 off split routine when I pick up on lifting. How fast do you think my weight will go back up in doing what I said about protein/lifting?
I plan to everything and to stay natural ( not getting self-righteous). Thnx for yer input.
