What happens when test levels aren't at a constant rate?

Like for example people who do only 250mg's sust a week or not enough propionate? What are the usual sides?

Flunctuating levels usually cause a few sides.
Mostly acne with me.

I tend to get moody and lethargic. Mine fluctuate between 1200 and 200 though. Still working out the kinks with HRT.
