What happens directly after an injection

So....

I haven't come across any readings about what happens after gear is injected into your muscle of choice. I mean directly after. How does it start to work?
What are the processes the body goes through once something (juice, or anything) is in injected intramuscluarly. Does anyone know where I could start reading, or someone have any information in this regard.

Yeah I wanna know as well, I want the exact mechanism

after the muscles begins in de-esterifying the ester, and the muscles metabolise the active compount and carry it to the liver after that it will be passed throw the hypothalamus and then throw the blood or what happen here exactly!
