What hand do you ASPIRATE w/

yo guys...when shooting its hard for me to reach around and draw the needle without moving it after its injected...i get a cramp sometimes in my rib area...its hard as hell for me to aspirate the needle...any ideas/tips y;all have to help would be awesome thnkx....DD

like say your shooting in your left glute whats your technique...

If the needle is in your right glute you hold it in place with your left hand and aspirate with the right.... Thats the easiest way for me.

thnkx its just that last time i did it i drew blood...started to panic a little bit...and dont think i did a good enuf job on pulling the needle up a 2nd time...

just make sure you are hitting the right part of the glute so you can push the pin all the way in and not hit a nerve.... I've never gotten blood aspirating (knock on wood)... Everything should be smooth, bro..
