What gym ya'll liftin at.

What gym and what city. I lift at X-cell in salt lake city,Utah. Its a pretty good gym but to many little back street boys standin around holdin the machines up.

Northwest fitness club St Louis Park (minneapolis). 25,000 square feet of excellent weight lifting equipment. About 1 million square feet of crap I NEVER use.
 
Ya same with my gym, some of the funkiest damn machines you've ever seen. What about the rest of ya, you guy's dont work out in a gym, or what.

lift at the french riviera gym in kenner/metairie, LA.....used to belong to elmwood fitness center, but was paying too much money for stuff i never used; had to deal with too many geezers with 10 pounds on the bar!

WHAT GYM???

I train at the DUNGEON a basement of the local YMCA everthing you need and all the as heads in the world!!! No doubt about it the best in INTENSITY!
Hey to all the guys in MASS.,my friends use to own POWERHOUSE in watertown,mass. and I just checked on them around a month ago and the damn place is close down!! Can anyone help me with som info as to where the hell they went and what happened?

locally owned fitness center. its got some good equipment and alot of freeweights but the people are too diverse. We have them all from senior citizens who just sit on the machines and talk (which piss me off), to the backstreet boys who walk around in tank tops flexing and doing chest and bi's, to the rednecks who come in w/ cowboy boots spitting their chaw everywhere. I have no friends there needless to say, I basically workout alone and speak to no one. Its a social club. =)
 
The crap that I don't use is like the raquetball courts, tennis courts, pool, etc. I only use the weights and machines- sometimes cardio stuff although I have that at home too.
 
Hey Big Brother Val where are you from. I'm not gunna stand up for Utah or anything but it seems like the UT numbers are pretty big on the board so watch out or the mormons will attach.

Gold's Gym in Boston and Westboro, MA

Hey Samson69, the Powerhouse was doing great but I don't thik they could compete with Superfitness, which is in the same town.
Diesel3d, how long you been at Healthpoint, i used to work there when I was in school. Place is nice but most of the people are just rich snobs that don't even know what to do with their money.
 
yea!

hyde park gym, austin Tx and world gym and the Q sometimes at golds in lubbock but pretty soon at school in san marcos or jims gym.
 
Norway, Oslo at the Norwegian Warfare Academy (Krigsskolen) or K.S as me 'n my buddy refers to it.

Been training there for two years. Got good gains from that school.

Several Central Fla YMCA's in the Orlando area.
The newest one I usually frequent has:

Lots of Iron.. DB, Benches and bars.
2 Squat and Power racks.
A killer Cybex Back station
Pool, Full BBall gynasium, Spinning class
Tropical Smoothie

Was at Gold's in SW DC, but too far to travel to work out, now at WSC on Conn Ave south of the Fruit Loop. Closer to home and to work. And it's not as crowded as the Golds SW

live_large : i have been at healthpoint for about 4 weeks now. I know what you mean about the rich people there. It a good thing they are too lazy to use free weights though hehhe I get the whole place to myself almost LOL.

I get a lot of money off the fee because of the company i work for , so it works out good for me. It's a nice clean gym i like it a lot.

ripped1979 : i have a membership to superfitness in watertown . I use to go there there but the parking pissed me off. I almost burnd the place down one day i was so pissed hehehe.
