What extra supplements do you take?

Other than a multivitamin and glutamine, is there any other amino acids etc, that you really like? Does anyone put flax seed oil in their shakes to get good fat? Just interested to see what extras people take when you are on a cycle to get the max result. Obviously sleep, cardio, and diet are all huge factors.

MSM/chondroitin/glucosamine, 3 servings Omega 3-6-9 EFA, 3 servings CLA, fat burner (i like Lipo6), thyroid stim (I like Thyrotabs)
 
multi, sesa, fish oil, iron, ala, biotin, folic acid, purecee, cardiobreeze, b vitamins, glcosamine chondroiton, gaba, melatonin, coenzyme Q10...oh and since i just had my finals week i was on nuerogenics all week ;)
 
Fish oils, multi, Tribulas, mineral rich w/aloe, celadrin, cla, milk thistle, and saw palmetto. Oh and ZMA
 
Glucorell- staple
Sesapure- staple
Fish oil- staple
Red Blast (low end dosing because of stim and Purecee use)
Cardio breeze (currently- rotate in thermorexin or Pure ephedrine and caffeine)
Pure CEE (low dose because of red blast use)
Avena Sativa (hull)- staple- mainly for fiber
Potassium and magnesium- staple
dual tabs (multi)-staple (though looking to get together something new)
potassium gluconate tabs- staple- extra potassium
zinc and copper- occasional use (heavy training depletes them)


other supps cycled but not currently in use
Levorex (off for same reason as off neurogenex)
Neurogenex (off testing new nootropics)
Green tea (still take a cap here and there)
Flax oil (just not using right now)

there are others that occasionally cycled in or are used by occcasion....
