I've read alot that Nolva and other anti-estrogens make your lipids "go out of wack" I dont know much about biology but wouldn't this increase your chance of having a clogged artery?
What exacty does Nolvadex do to lipids

Aromatase inhibitors such as Arimidex or Femara lower circulating concentrations of estrogen which in turn negativel affects the lipid profile. Nolvadex, technically an estrogen itself, competes with the receptor site and does not reduce circulating estrogen concentrations. Atherosclerosis takes years to develop. The damage to cholesterol during a cycle is not permanent and does reverse itself upon cessation. The process can be improved by taking supplements such as niacin. If oral AAS are used during the cycle, it would be wise to insure proper recovery of the liver by using ALA/RLA in combination with Tyler's Liver Detox or Liver Gaurd by Source Naturals.
