"unable to find public keys to the following addresses..." Do you want to send unencrypted? YES - CANCEL

Does that mean the person does`nt have that address anymore?

It means that the individual you're sending to does not have a public key from a PKI set to encrypt the message with so they can decrypt it with their private key. If you send them a message, it will be "in the clear", meaning unencrypted.

OH OK thanks a lot. The message was`nt coming up before with this same person and is doing so now. Can it be they just changed it?

Is it always "safe" to send when that message pops up for anyone I send it to? How can I tell if not?

OH shit, I misunderstood what you said the first time. I guess I still have a problem contacting this person via encryption...
