Okay i have a good friend who is not a source but was helping someone out and shipped some gear to this person. This friend then recieved a letter from U.S. customs stating that the gear he shipped ( 2 vials of fina 2 vials of winny a vial of eq) were seized. They then sent a letter stating that he must go to the fine department( department regarding fines due to customs violations ) and pay 250.00.....i advised that he not go and pay seeing how this could only be a setup....its like come and claim your gear and well let you off with a 250.00 fine.

what does this mean?

Normally when you get a customs letter they are not stating that you should come an pay a fine, they are telling you that they got your gear, and if you want to come claim it you can. Of course any dumbass wouldn't do it, cause they are asking to get caught. Just ignore the letter, pretend like you never got it, use a different addy for a while. Over at another board, guys were talking about what the feds are doing now to make busts legit. They are seizing as much as of your gear as they can, until they have enough on you to make a bust for trying to sell gear instead of simple possession. I hear it is working and getting alot of folks popped. The trick in staying in this game is not to get greedym, watch your back, use your head and stay clean.

Thats interesting.....this is probably the second letter he has gotton regarding this package that he sent.....he is not a source....but has sent a few to help some friends out......the first letter was more along what you said......it wasnt asking him to pay a fine but the second one was.

So basically everyone thinks that he should do what i advised and completely disregard the letter?
