What does these exactly mean? "10:1, 20:1"

I saw they rank strength with 10:1 and sometimes 4:1, 20:1, 25:1 and so an and I wouldl like to know what this means. IOd 1 cap contains 400mg, with strength of 10:1, compared to something that also is 400mg with 20:1, what is the difference, what would be the "stronger" one??

Can anyone explain

It is the ratio. 10:1 means that the strength is 10X stronger. 20:1 means it is 20X stronger.
