What does Gyno really feel like?

I'm a lil scared because I have a very small lump, I think, on my left tit. It just feels like...a bruise or something. It doesn't look like I have gyno thought...at all. But I guess I'm in the beginning stages? Do you guys usually notice after you're done cutting up if you have it or not? Another question. What's the best thing in your opinion for gyno? Is there anything that can counter early symptoms of gyno?

should be a small hard lump. what are you on? Also is you bodyfat somewhat high now (makes it harder to tell)?
